What Should I Expect?

  • The DL Collective is a unique warehouse shopping experience offered once a month. The 7000+ sq. ft showroom is on a first come, first serve basis with the same concept of ‘cash/credit and carry’ with purchases available immediately.  We carry curated, luxury furniture up to 60% off retail prices with continuously changing inventory. We have everything you need to furnish your home in one day or one piece at a time! Follow us on social media to get the DL on our new arrivals!

How Do I Shop The Warehouse?

  • When you find something you like, take it up to the counter and we will hold it for you.  For large items, stand next to the item, wave your hand with joy, and we will have one of our DL helpers check you out. 

What Time Should I Arrive On Sale Days?

  • On sale days, if you have specific items in mind, come early! Some customers will start lining up in anticipation well before the doors open. Once the item is gone, it is gone.   

Are Your Items Discount Samples or Floor Models?

  • All our inventory is BRAND new, right of the box, and are not floor samples. We spend months buying specially curated pieces and negotiate the best deals so we can pass on those savings to you. If you saw something you liked but missed out, we may be able to order it for you.  Just ask us!

What Brands Do You Carry?

  • We carry brands that are comparable to some of your favorite high-end retailers.  Some of the items we carry are the exact same product, just have been white labeled by those retailers as their own product.  We also carry items that would be similar in style and quality, but are a different brand. Often referred to as ‘dupes’, however our product will be of the same quality or higher.

Do You Have The Same Thing Every Month?

  • Each sale we blend fan favorites with trending items to give our customers a new shopping experience every time. 

Can I Take Purchases Home On Sale Day?

  • Yes, you can take anything you purchase home with you immediately.
  • If you need to arrange an alternate pickup day, you can schedule a separate day.  All items must be picked up within a week of the sale.

Do You Offer Delivery?

  • We do not offer in-house delivery, but recommend Reign Moving Solutions to provide discounted delivery options.  The DL Collective is not in partnership with any moving company and in no way liable for items after they leave our warehouse.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All items must be inspected for damage before exiting the DL Collective premises. Upon exit, all sales are final; no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted. All pre-ordered and back stocked items will be inspected by The DL Collective staff before delivery or pickup. Personal inspection of items may be requested. No refunds, returns, or exchanges after commencement of delivery or pickup.
